Vendor Requirements
Vendros are required to:
Pay a minimum vendor fee of $1,250 or 10% of the gross revenues, whichever is greater. Also pay a flat fee of $250 toward the cost of a security guard for 3 nights (TH/FR/SA).
Optional Advertising
You may also place additional digital advertisement for display throughout the event at the flat rate cost of $350 per ad. All advertisements must be professional quality, ‘camera-ready’, and received with payment no later than September 24, in order to meet our planning schedule. You may e-mail the ad to aresdanceinc@gmail.com.
Hotel Accommodations
You must book your hotel room directly by calling 404-745-5000. Hotlanta the Classic has blocked room space at a special discount price of $209 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy. You must mention Hotlanta the Classic to secure this special rate. All vendors must book at the Loews Atlanta Hotel in downtown Atlanta.
